Condos at The Colonies in Mclean VA are only one block to the Silver Line Metro, close to Tysons Corner and Galleria, Route 495, Route 66, as well as airports and Dulles Access Road.
The Colonies were built in 1974 and the condos cost from $300,000 and $500,000 each. Neighborhood is served by Westgate Elementary School, Kilmer Middle School and Marshall High School.
