Every Realtor agrees to abide by a Code of Ethics and a part of that Code of Ethics is the Golden Rule. When you're buying real estate, should you care about a seller? It doesn't mean you can't aggressively pursue your best possible deal. It doesn't mean you have to purchase Colonial with a garage, if you don't need or want a garage. But it does mean that:
