I'm writing about why I am proud to serve purchasers in Arlington VA. There's more to love about Arlington than I can fit in one post. But some of what I love about Arlington is:
  • Arlington sports fans enjoy a variety of professional sports teams. The Washington Redskins, the Washington Wizards, the Washington Capitals, the Washington Nationals and DC United all play games close to Arlington.
  • Arlington has a number of highly desirable, quiet and exclusive, cul-de-sac, single-family-home neighborhoods like Country Club Hills and Williamsburg.
  • Arlington has a great plan. City planners have located high-rises in close proximity to metro stations and shops and restaurants to create a metropolitan walkable stretch from Ballston to Rosslyn. At the same time, Arlington has preserved quiet residential neighborhoods to get a great urban mix.
  • Arlington has numerous interesting museums and is in very close proximity to capitals collection of world renown attractions and museums. Just a few of these include the Smithsonian Institution, the Air & Space Museum, National Gallery of Art, Library of Congress and many many more.
Arlington is an urban county of about 26 square miles located directly across the Potomac River from Washington DC. Arlington’s central location in the Washington DC metropolitan area, its ease of access by car and public transportation, and its highly skilled labor force have attracted an increasingly varied residential and commercial mix. Arlington is served by the Orange Line Metro and there are many condos that are situated within walking distance of the metro.
