But my article isn't about this super luxury 3-bedroom residence in Berkshire Oakwood. 6700 Williamsburg Blvd is interesting, yes, but what I want to write about is some of what I enjoy about Arlington. There's a lot to love about Arlington—more than will fit in this article, but here's several things I appreciate living here:
- Arlington has numerous bike paths and jogging trails including those at Custis Trail, W&OD Trail, Mount Vernon Trail, Theodore Roosevelt Island, Bluemont Park and Little Rocky Run.
- Arlington sports fans enjoy a variety of professional sports teams. The Washington Redskins, the Washington Wizards, the Washington Capitals, the Washington Nationals and DC United all play games close to Arlington.
- Arlington is home to some of the nation's most treasured and revered national memorials including Arlington National Cemetery, the USMC (Iwo Jima) Memorial, the US Air Force Memorial on the hill overlooking the Pentagon and the US Pentagon Memorial.
- Reagan National Airport is in Arlington VA. Arlington is also reasonably close to both Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International Airport.
