Be Nice When Buying A 4-Bedroom Contemporary Townhouse Like 8841 Winding Hollow Way In Springfield?

As a buyer, should you love the seller as you love yourself? Every real estate professional agrees to abide by a Code of Ethics and a part of that Code of Ethics is the Golden Rule.   But is there a limit to what you should do for a seller?   It doesn't mean that a home buyer in Northern Virginia needs to take every representation on faith. It doesn't mean a seller in Springfield doesn't expect you the buyer client to pursue tough negotiations. But it does mean that: We respect deadlines. We are punctual. We let the seller know when we will and won't inspect the property. Thank you for taking a moment to read my thoughts. Feel free to contact me if you have any real estate questions in Fairfax County.
