But putting that aside, this post isn't about this ramblers-style in Fairfax County. I'm writing about the elements I appreciate Alexandria. From the top of my head:
Alexandria has a great network of trails. Just a number of of our choices include Backlick Run Trail, Eisenhower Avenue Trail, Four Mile Run Park Trail, Holmes Run Trail, Mount Vernon Trail, Potomac Yard Trail and Old Cameron Run Trail.
Alexandria purchasers have a tremendous number of choices for all tastes and almost every prequalified spending limit.
Alexandria is near (or home to) some of the biggest and best employment centers in the world. The National Science Foundation, US Patent and Trademark Office, Fort Belvoir, the Mark Centre and many national associations are all right here. The Pentagon, Federal Triangle, National Harbor and Tyson's Corner are are nearby.
Del Ray, Alexandria
Del Ray, to the north west of Old Town, is a popular neighborhood with an interesting historic background and diverse community. If you want to be in the city but are still looking for that small town feel, with white picket fences and American Foursquare homes, then Del Ray will appeal to you. You can stroll down Mount Vernon Avenue and enjoy the eclectic mix of shops, art galleries, restaurants and the the Del Ray Farmers Market.
