The Taste of Springfield Festival is a community celebration of good food, exhibitors, performances and live music. This family-friendly event allows you to stroll through the dozens of fun exhibitors outdoors at the beautiful Springfield Town Center at your leisure while sampling some of the delicious offerings of local restaurants and chefs.
All the foodies in Fairfax County must attend this festival. Various restaurants and vendors are offered to put up their stalls for this festival at Springfield Town Center. Last year I had the chance to visit the festival and I had a great time there as I am also a foodie.
This year, the second Taste of Springfield Festival is scheduled for 1st of June. The event timing is from noon to 5 pm. The admission to the festival is free. However, There will be $1 tickets for tasting and full menu items only. Each food vendor will provide a menu selection based on $1 tasting tickets. Samples and/or full menu items may also be offered.
There will also be live music and performances at the festival. So, there will be fun for all age groups at the event. Tasting tickets will be available on sale at the event. However, if you want to avoid long lines, you can also book your tickets online.
