Celebrate Centreville Day At Centreville Historic Park On October 19

The 27th Centreville Day will be held on October 19, 2019, from 10 am to 5 pm in Centreville’s Historic Park along Mt. Gilead and Braddock Roads. You can enjoy the uniqueness of Centreville as the crossroad of history, community, cultures, and the entrepreneurial spirit. There will be games, rides, face painting, history, food court, crafts, Pet Pageant, American Legion Parade, live entertainment on the Goodwill Main Stage, and Safety Expo at the festival. The celebration will begin at 10:00 am at the Opening Ceremony. The American Legion Parade will begin at 11:00; enter your pet in the Rotary Pet Pageant at 2:00, and dance and sing along with talented performers on the Main Stage. You can discover Mount Gilead, the Old Stone Church and St Johns Church and all the fun living history activities for children and adults, including a ride on the History Train. Kids can wear their costumes to trick or treat in the Marketplace while the adults shop. You can meet awesome first responders and their equipment and get lots of useful safety tips at the expanded Safety Expo. You can stop and sample some of the diverse flavors at the Food Court. Free parking and shuttle buses will be available at Trinity Centre. The event is family-friendly and free admission.
