Check Out The Arlington Farmers Market

The Arlington Courthouse Farmers Market was founded in 1979 and has provided residents and visitors a fun and exciting opportunity to enjoy local food, interact with farmers and producers, improve their health, and build relationships and trust in their community.
Arlington Farmers Market
One of the largest and oldest markets in the dc area, the Arlington Farmers Market showcases local producers of food that uses farm-fresh ingredients, as well as a wide variety of civic groups, such as Virginia Master Gardeners, and local entertainers and musicians. The Arlington Farmers Market is open on Saturdays all year round from 8.00 am to noon. There are several vendors selling various goods including mushrooms, fruits and veggies, milk, meats, different snack foods, kombucha, pastries, cheese, olive oils and of course coffee. There are even some selling prepared food. Go early to get the biggest selection of market items. Even if you're not buying anything, it is fun to walk around and enjoy the scenery and see all the local goodies. The Arlington Farmers Market is located adjacent to the Arlington County Courthouse Parking Lot, at the intersection of N. Courthouse Rd. and N. 14th St. Parking is free in the garage below the AMC movie theater!
