A sparkling new restaurant in Vienna was opened a few months ago named Blend 111. It is located at 111 Church St., Vienna. The restaurant has a new chef who has recently introduced something new to the menu.
According to the
Vienna Connection, "With its new chef, Joshua Dixon, the classy eatery has tweaked its standard menu to add a few wintery offerings: for example, the seasonal arepas venezolanas (a Latino sandwich on cornmeal flatbread) is now tinted pink by seasonal beets, making a charming treat; the once-special bouillabaisse is now on the standard menu and is an ideal seafood-centric offering, and the French omelet with its melted cheese filling is a perfect lunch/brunch dish for cold (or hot) weather."
