Parkfairfax is a suburban garden style condominium located in northwest Alexandria near the intersection of Quaker St and I-395. Known as the former home of Richard Nixon and Gerald Form the community began as rental units and was the converted to condominiums in 1978.
Parkfairfax offers residents a total of 1684 units nestled into 132 landscaped and wooded acres. There are one to three bedroom units available and residents can access amenities such as private patios, playground, three swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, car wash and laundry room.
There is a 15 minute commute to Washington D.C. DASH bus stop is located right at the front of the community. King Street Metro Station serves the community.
