Georgetown Vista was originally built in 1956 as an apartment complex but later converted into a condo community in 1982. The complex consists of three 3-story buildings offering a total of 80 condo units in various sizes ranging from 390-800+ square feet. The units come in studios, one, and two-bedroom floor plans, each with their balconies. There are on-site laundry facilities within each building and each unit comes with assigned off-street parking.
Located on Colonial Terrace North, Georgetown Vista is within walking distance to various urban conveniences including shops, bars, and restaurants. Residents can easily walk to Safeway, Target Grocery, CVS, and Rosslyn Center to do their shopping and access hair salons and dry cleaners. Popular bars and restaurants include Café Asia, Ruby Tuesday, Ray's Hell Burger, and Kanpai Sushi. If you are an outdoorsy person, you'll have access to parks such as Gateway Park, Fort Bennett Park, and Potomac Heritage Trail.
