Workhouse Arts Center Presents Community Market

The Workhouse Arts Center is offering its unique venue for the Community Market in partnership with the South Fairfax Chamber of Commerce. Surrounded by historic buildings, the venue will allow businesses and organizations to market and sell goods and services. The outdoor environment will provide greater exposure for brick and mortar businesses during Phase I and Phase II of re-opening the local economy. As per eventbite.com, "With Live Music, food trucks, and a diverse range of vendors, the Workhouse Community Market is more a Mini-Festival than a Farmer's Markets. Open to all types of businesses, the market provides shoppers an opportunity to engage in a safe outdoor environment while maintaining social distancing. As Virginia gets ready to re-open for business, not everyone will be willing to go back to “normal.” This is why we at the Workhouse Arts Center want to support our shared community with an ongoing Workhouse Community Market every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm, it provides a safe, open-air place. Masks are required and unfortunately, no dogs are allowed in the market (anywhere else outside is fine)."
