What is the better value on the Metro: Midtown Alexandria or Wilton House?

Midtown Alexandria is located at the Huntington Metro Station in Alexandria VA. Wilton House is located at the Dunn Loring Station in Fairfax County VA. These two buildings offer similar values in that they are high-rise buildings of approximately the same age, with similar amenities and both buildings are located just paces from the Metro. Which one do you think offers the better value?
