When you're thinking about purchasing a house like 1418 Queen St in Arlington County, can you get the home that you need but—at the same time—treat the seller as you would want to be treated? When I became a Realtor, I agreed to adhere to a Code of Ethics and one part of that code is the Golden Rule: treat others as you wish to be treated.
