As a real estate agent, I have pledged to act fairly towards all in the spirit of the Golden Rule. But what does that mean when you're talking about purchasing real estate? It doesn't mean that you have to get 3-bedroom home when you need one more bedroom. It doesn't mean you can't aggressively pursue your best possible deal. But it does mean that:
We're not interested in wasting the seller's time or the listing agent's time. We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the buyer client can only afford to buy one property.)
