What Would It Be Like If Home Sellers Loved Buyers As They Love Themselves?

Photo of 519 Custis Ave E When you shop for your next house, does it make any sense to love the seller as you love yourself? Photo of 519 Custis Ave E Part of what I think is important in business is that you expect and give respect. Reciprocating respect is one way to practice the Golden Rule. But how does that apply to purchasing real estate in Northern Virginia? It doesn't mean that you're expected to pay more than a place of residence like 519 Custis Ave E is worth. It doesn't mean you should settle for a townhouse. But it does mean that: We respect deadlines. We are punctual. We let the seller know when we will and won't inspect the property. We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the purchaser can only afford to buy one property.) Check out these recommendations.
