When you're pondering purchasing real estate, should the home buyer imagine his/herself in the exact place of the seller?
I've always practiced the Golden Rule in my personal life, but when I became a Realtor, I also pledged to apply the Golden Rule to all my business dealings.

But it does mean that:
We investigate before we buy and whenever possible before we even make an offer. We are always honest about pre-approvals, earnest money and other facts that the seller should know.
