- Downtown Falls Church has a small town feel with enticing shops and restaurants.
- The Falls Church Farmers' Market is definitely the best farmers' market in Northern Virginia.
- There is no question about it. The Beltway and I-66 makes the City of Falls Church one of the best convenient and centrally located communities in the local area's Capital Region.
- Homeowners and developers who choose to participate in the Falls Church City Green Home Award Program will be awarded for doing something positive to improve the sustainability of the environment and the community.
