Jazz happens! Gateway Park is a beautiful three-acre urban park located in Rosslyn at 1300 Lee Hwy, Arlington, VA 22209. Gateway Park is the site of the annual Rosslyn Jazz Festival every September and many other events.
The Park which is just across the Key Bridge from Washington DC features paved trails, water fountains, an ornamental fountain, an ornamental garden, and amphitheater. Also on the west side of Gateway Park is a sandbox in which children can enjoy playing.
Gateway Park is divided by Fort Meyer Drive and offers a nice view of Georgetown from the Skywalk. The park is also a great place to watch the 4th of July fireworks.
