Vintage Virginia Wine And Food Festival was founded in 1980 and has been going on for 39 years. Vintage Virginia Wine And Food Festival offer an opportunity to taste from nearly half of Virginia’s homegrown wineries, from the oldest and the largest to the smallest boutiques and exciting new players. The festival is a must see for everyone from newbies to foodies. This year, the festival is scheduled on 1st and 2nd June 2019. At the festival, you can try your favorite wines, find new favorites, buy bottles and cases and take them home to enjoy all summer.
The event is presented by Virginia Wineries Association and produced by local event producer, Trigger Agency. The Virginia Wine and Food Festival is the foundation stone of the wine festival season, and moreover of the Virginia Wine Industry itself. The Virginia Wine Festival offers a unique array of both free and ticketed tasting and learning opportunities.
For over 39 years this venerable Virginia wine festival has been offering the best Virginia Wines for taste and sample in a pastoral setting for hundreds of thousands of wine lovers. You can also enjoy your souvenir tasting glass and stroll from tent to tent and table to table, tasting, and sampling over 200 wines, then round out the day with crafts, live music, and great food.
