The St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Lake Anne Plaza includes two days of festivities on Saturday (March 14) and Sunday (March 15). The event kicks-off on Saturday at noon when the Lake Anne Leprechaun arrives by Pontoon boat, according to the event listing.
