The 11th Annual Del Ray Music Festival will be held on July 14 from 3 pm to 8 pm at the Pat Miller Neighborhood Square located at the intersection of Mount Vernon Avenue and Oxford Avenue in Del Ray Alexandria. The Annual Event celebrates the diverse and local musical talents  in the Washington DC area This year's event will feature live music from local musicians who will be performing on two stages: Pat Miller Neighborhood Square and Bean Creative Stage. Food and refreshments will be provided by some of Alexandria's top restaurants with pop-up beer gardens to be provided by seven of Del Ray's top Restaurants. The 17th Annual Alexandria King Street Art Festival will be held on Saturday September 21st and Sunday September 22nd at 220 King Street in Old Town Alexandria. The historic King Street will be transformed into a world class outdoor art gallery where art lovers can come and discover spectacular paintings, life size sculptures, jewelry, photography, ceramics and more. The annual event will feature festival booths lined along King Street between Washington and Union Street with over six blocks of artwork by more than 200 artists from the US and abroad. With more than $15 million in art been displayed visitors can purchase one of a kind wares and meet the artist behind the work. All are invited to attend this popular two (2) day annual event.
