A D.C dance company, Step Afrika!, is engaging the Juneteenth holiday as an opportunity to fortify relationships in local communities, in honor of freedom, justice, and equality. Fairfax County Police Stations Welcome Mask And Hygiene Product Donations

Donation boxes are in place at every Fairfax County, Virginia, police station to collect facial masks and hygiene items to be distributed by local food pantries. Northern Virginia is going to enter Phase Two of the state’s reopening plan on Friday. Hence, gyms in the region are preparing to open their doors once again. Justin Case, owner of Underground Athlete in Fairfax County said, "We’re excited to be able to get people back in the gym". He said the stay-at-home orders were a big hit to business. Be A Part Of Virtual Declaration Day

Declaration day is an annual event hosted by George Mason's Gunston Hall on the anniversary of the ratification of the Virginia Declaration of Rights on June 12, 1776. The Virginia Declaration of Rights was drafted by George Mason and was used as a guiding document to craft the Bill of Rights.
