D'Evereux West is a townhouse community located near the US Coast Guard Station on Telegraph Road in Fairfax County VA. The Spectrum is a luxury condo community in downtown Falls Church VA. The Spectrum at Falls Church is located at 444 West Broad Street. The Spectrum is approximately a ten-minute drive to both the East Falls Church Metro and West Falls Church Metro on the Orange Line. Reston Real Estate Market Rised 5 Percent in 2019

The statistics for 2019 real estate transactions in Reston have been revealed and the numbers are up 5 percent from 2018, with 1,383 total transactions in 2019, an increase from 1,316 total transactions in 2018. There is also a 2 percent increase in total transactions from 2017 to 2018.  Overall, the Reston market has had considerable improvement in the past three years in all three zip codes. Reston based Leidos Gets Another 8-Figure Deal

Reston, Virginia-based Leidos has announced a deal to acquire L3 Harris Technologies’ security detection and automation businesses for $1 billion in cash. A day before, Leidos has completed its $1.65 billion acquisition of Huntsville, Alabama-based Dynetics. L3 Harris Technologies provide airport and other infrastructure screening products, and industrial automation products. They’re based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and Luton, England, and have a combined 1,200 employees. Continue reading
