Will is the principal broker of Nesbitt Realty and Condo Alexandria. He is licensed in anywhere in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but focuses on those communities found in and around Alexandria, Arlington, Mount Vernon and Springfield/Franconia.
Will has been involved in real estate management, sales and investment for more than twenty years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army. While in the army, he studied Russian at Monterey's Defense Language Institute. He is also a "veteran of the dotcom wars" and built most of the sites associated with NesbittRealty.com
Will currently resides in Belle Haven Estates just outside Old Town, overlooking New Alexandria. He is a former president of the Mount Vernon Youth Athletic Association and founded the Alexandria Fun with Friends Group. Will is the author of BattlestorM, a tabletop fantasy game, which was published by Ral Partha Publishing in the late '90's, and Arthur's Realm, a boardgame available at the Gamecrafter.

At the boundary of Arlington and Alexandria
This aerial picture shows older development, new development, high-rises and garden-styles all in close proximity to Four Mile Run. Four Mile Run separates Alexandria from Arlington and is the defining geographic feature of Arlandria.Arlandria straddles the border between Arlington and Alexandria VA.
Much of Arlandria was developed between 1940 and 1980, although some homes and structures are newer or older than this. This area was originally a neighborhood who residents worked in the industrial areas near Potomac Yards train center and nearby industries in Old Town and Crystal City.

Old Town is full of shops, restaurants and attractions.Many people feel that Old Town is the heart of Alexandria VA.
As the name implies, Old Town is the oldest part of Alexandria, a port in colonial times. Historic Old Town Alexandria is found along the Potomac, just inside the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and then north toward Reagan National Airport. Old Town is served by the King St. Metro and the King St. trolley. With over 100 restaurants, shops, boutiques, coffee shops, ice cream houses and more, there's always fun to be found in Old Town.

Mount Vernon, George Washington's estate on the PotomacThe Mount Vernon District of Fairfax County is located in the southern part of Fairfax County along the banks of the Potomac and around toward Old Town Alexandria. Mount Vernon is one of nine magisterial districts in Fairfax County. The Mount Vernon area unofficially spans from Belle View Boulevard at the northern tip of the Fort Hunt area all the way down to Dogue Creek just across from Fort Belvoir. Many folk also refer to that part of Mount Vernon which is closest to museum and grounds of the Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens as Mount Vernon.
Lower Alexandria & Mount Vernon Neighborhoods

Locally, “Alexandria” generally refers to greater/postal Alexandria, while “City of Alexandria” refers to the jurisdiction of the City of Alexandria.
Mount Vernon and Lee District are both part of Lower Alexandria—that part of Alexandria which is in Fairfax County.
Cameron Station cupolaThe West End of Alexandria is a mixed bag. Condos and high rises abound in "Condo Canyon" near Landmark and Lincolnia.
But single family and townhouse development from the 1950's and 1960's is also found tucked on side streets and around unexpected corners. The homes around and near Seminary Road are regarded by many as stately and highly desirable. Another interesting neighborhood in the West End is Cameron Station. Cameron Station is a newer development of townhouses and condos, but the stylings and architecture imitate the best of Old Town. Cameron Station is relatively close to both Landmark Mall and Old Town.
