Small Business Saturday Is Nov. 27 In Fairfax
To encourage customers to shop local, Fairfax City will celebrate the holidays this weekend with Small Business Saturday on Nov. 27. The fun will also include the City’s annual, Elf Scavenger Hunt, plus special offers and giveaways. Fairfax City’s Economic Development Office is putting on this event in partnership with the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and the Old Town Fairfax Business Assn. Get ready for a trip to Celebration Station at Burke Lake Park. Visit the park for a festive evening train ride and carousel ride amid holiday lights. The park’s train station, carousel and train tracks will be festively lit for a unique experience filled with lights and memories. Train rides are scheduled every 20 minutes and tickets are limited so please purchase in advance. Each ticket includes one train ride and one carousel ride.
