The owner of a hotel in Arlington is hoping to turn it into a residential building.
According to a recent article by wtop.com, the owner filed plans with the county hoping to change the Arlington Court Suites Hotel in Courthouse to a 180-unit apartment building called, Park Arlington at Courthouse.
