When I first saw 12024 Underwood Ct, I was gobsmacked. I would have paid $524,895, but it was listed for $499,900. The question was could I negotiate them to $474,905? 3 reasons I love my home:
  1. I'd been looking at houses in 20136 hoping to find one for less than $524,895.
  2. This was the best choice of house in Bristow, Virginia with exactly the features I was seeking.
  3. I also knew that the lowest priced home listed in The Villages At Bristol was $499,900.
