When I first saw 916 20th St S, I was gobsmacked. I would have paid $813,750, but it was listed for $775,000. The question was could I negotiate them to $736,250? 3 reasons I love my home:
  1. Back then, the most expensive property in the neighborhood was listed for $785,000.
  2. This was the best choice of residence in Arlington, Virginia with exactly the features I was seeking.
  3. I also knew that the lowest priced home listed in Addison Heights was $775,000.
