3.2-Acre McLean Estate Sold For $45 Million
Greater Washington has seen a new record in home sales. The 3.2-acre McLean estate that belonged to Jim Kimsey, the late co-founder of AOL, sold for $45 million on Friday, according to listing agents Mark Lowham and Russell Firestone of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.
