Nethergate is a subdivision of rowhouses on the North End of Old Town Alexandria VA just off Bashford Lane between Michigan Ct. and Portner Rd. Most of these townhomes were built in the early 1980's with a brick exterior construction that dovetails nicely with the colonial charm of Old Town. Many homes in Nethergate have fireplaces and 3 or 4 levels of living is most common. The homes range from around 1400 sqft to 1500 sqft.
