Arlington Oaks is a condo community located at 4490 North Pershing Drive Arlington, VA 22203.
The neighborhood has a rich history that dates back from the early 1930s when it was a colonial era estate. A New York industrialist named Allie Freed, set about creating Buckingham- a forward thinking experiment that aimed to provide better housing for middle-class renters. The long-haul plan was to eventually convert the rental units into condos fro sale- back when condos weren't on anyones' radar.
