Homes at Arcturus are located right on the Potomac River in Northern Virginia. The fish in the Potomac include large-mouth bass, catfish, carp, bluegill, and pickerel just to name a few. River Towers is a high-rise condominium community, which is just outside of Washington DC. It is also less than two miles from Old Town Alexandria in Virginia.
