Joseph Hensley Park is a 21.66 acres park named in honor of the late Joseph Hensley, a former Director of the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities in Alexandria. The park is located at 4200 Eisenhower Avenue and features facilities for everyone to enjoy. The park features softball fields, soccer field, picnic area and a park shelter with grill. It is used by the Adult Sports Leagues, the Bishop Ireton Varsity and Junior Varsity Softball Teams as well as the Alexandria Soccer Association.
