Stevenson Park is a 8.49 acres neighborhood park located at 300 Stultz Road in West End Alexandria. The park is manage by the City of Alexandria and it was developed and dedicated to the city in 1969. Approximately 5 acres of the park is high quality forest with numerous old age upland oaks. Stevenson Park features many amenities and facilities that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Stevenson Park consists of a playground, seating areas, picnic tables and shelter with grills. There are sports facilities such as baseball fields, softball fields, basketball court and four square courts. The baseball field is regularly used by the Alexandria Soccer Association, Bishop Ireton High School and the Alexandria Lacrosse Club. The fields and all other sports facilities is open to the public for regular use. Residents from communities such as Watergate, Stevenson Square and Fairfax County regularly use the park as a gathering area for neighborhood play dates.
