Armistead Boothe Park is located at 520 Cameron Station Boulevard in West End Alexandria. The 10.81 acres park was named in the honor of former special assistant in the United Stated Office of the Attorney General and City Attorney of Alexandria, Armistead L Boothe in June 2000. The park features many areas of interests for both adults and kids.
Armistead Boothe Park features a playground, a basketball court, a picnic pavilion with grill, tennis courts, restrooms and walking/biking trails. There are several play areas located at the park where kids can enjoy themselves. The play areas feature slides, climbing structures, swings and a toddler area with a balance beam, slide, tic tac toe board and a swing. The athletic field is regularly used to host Little League games.
