William Ramsay Field and Recreation Center at Sanger Avenue in Alexandria. The 10.94 acres lot features many areas for kids and adults to enjoy some leisure time.
William Ramsey Field is home to sporting fields including athletic fields, playground and tennis courts. Inside the Recreation Center there are game/activity rooms as well as a full indoor basketball court. The center is used by the William Ramsey Elementary School fr gym/P.E. classes. Dora Kelly Nature Park is located south of the tennis courts with the Buddie Ford Nature Center west of the Recreation Center.
