Warwick Village is a close knit community comprising of 1950s-era brick townhouses. Located in Del Ray Alexandria the community is named after the Warwick Estate which was the home of DC businessman and philanthropist Frank Hume. The community was originally a rental homes development but was converted into townhouses in the 1970s.
The community of 625 homes feature homes with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and modern layouts. Residents have convenient access to commute and can easily walk to dining, entertainment and shopping areas along Mount Vernon Avenue.
Students living in Warwick Village attend Mount Vernon Elementary School, T.C Williams High School and George Washington Middle School. Landover Park and Goat Hill Park are the closet parks to the community.
