Twin Oaks is a subdivision of houses located in Woodbridge, Virginia, in Prince William County. Its situated right off of Old Bridge Road. The houses in the development are quite beautiful. They range in styles and size. It looks to be a pretty quiet neighborhood. Its close location to I-95, route 1, and route 123 makes it very convenient for anyone who needs to commute to work. The streets are wide so extra parking on the side of the road is allowed. The neighborhood sems to be kept up very well, making the community very attractive. Overall, Twin Oaks looks to be a very pleasant area to live in.

Woodmark is a community located in Woodbridge, VA, in Prince William County. Its situated right off of Old bridge Road. The townhouses look about mid-sized, maybe a little smaller. The homes are so diverse looking, with many different styles and colors. The streets are wide enough for extra parking on the side of the road. The up-keep of the community is pretty decent. Belmont Bay is also located very close to I-95, route 1, and route 123, making commuting at least a little easier.The appearance of the homes isn't very attractive on the outside but the neighborhood seems to be pretty quiet and pleasant overall.

There are only townhouses in this specific neighborhood, but they are all pretty good looking from the outside. The streets are wide making it nice and convenient for any guests who need a space to park. Their is a tiny playground in the middle of the community, so it might be a nice choice of homes if you have kids, Also, it looks to be a quiet area, which is always great. Its located extremely close to I-95, route 1, and route 123, making it very convenient if you have to commute to work. Overall, Belmont Bay seems like it would a very pleasant area to live in.
The Occoqan Regional Park is located in Lorton, Virginia, in Fairfax County, right across from the Town of Occoquan. It's located on the Occoquan River. It opened in 2008 making it 1 of 29 parks in the Northern Virginia Regional Parks Authority. It has around 400 acres of recreational space. There are many different things to do there such as, hit the batting cage, have a picnic, get a snack at the snack bar in the marina, play your favorite sport on one of their athletic fields, etc. They also have a boat ramp and boat storage. Their hiking trail is 1.1 miles round trip and forms a loop. The trail is well maintained. Most say that the blue trail is a great running trail and is very well marked. Dogs are of course welcome in the park. Historic black kilns from the early 1900's can be found on the property, reminding us of the women suffragists who demonstrated in front of the White House and were then imprisoned on the prison farm where these are found.

Rippon Landing is a subdivision located in Woodbridge, Virginia, in Prince William County. The townhouses look about mid-sized, they're not very large, but great for a starter home. They don't look super appealing from the outside, mainly because of the age of them I'd say. The neighborhood seems to be pretty well taken care of though. There are very wide streets, which is nice so you can park on the side of the streets without having to worry too much about your car. There is a large playground in the center of the neighborhood, it has swings, slides, a basketball court, a jungle gym, etc., which makes Rippon Landing a nice place to live if you have any children. Its also located right off of route 1, and has very close access to I-95, making it very conveinent for any commuters out there. Overall, the community seemed quiet, and very pleasant.

Their are many different types of condos available, and in a variety of different sizes. Types of condos can range from studios, to one-bedroom apartments, to townhouse condos, and sometimes you may be able to find three or four bedroom condos available as well. Different condominiums, as stated before come in different sizes, and with different floor plans of course. Some may have two bedrooms and two baths, while others will have three bedrooms and one and a half baths, and so on. It all depends on the specific condiminium your looking at.
Cardinal Trace is a beautiful subdivision located in Woodbridge, VA, in Prince Willaim County. It's right off of route 1 and very close to I-95 making it a convenient place to live for any commuters. The houses are all large and very appealing to the eye. The neighborhood seems to very well kept. Their are many restaurants, places to shop, and entertainment options available close to the community, as well public transportation. It looks like a very pleasant neighborhood to live in .
Kelley farm is a subdivision of houses located in Woodbridge, VA, im Prince William County. It's close to I-95 and right off of route 1, which is very convenient to all the commuters out there. All of the houses here are absolutely beautiful, many of them having stone siding. Some of the benefits of living in the community are that its close to public transportation, their are many parks, both recreational and national near by. Also, their are alot of restaurants, entertainment options, shopping, etc. close to Kelley farm. Their are great schools in the Woodbridge area. The houses at Kelley Farm are all quite large, and most definitly appealing. The neighborhood is very well kept as far as i can tell. It overall seems to be a pleasant area to live in.

Powell's Run at Rippon Landing is located in Woodbridge, VA, right off of route 1, in Prince William County. They are townhome style garage condominiums. Most have 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, along with 3 floor levels. The community looks very new, and it seems to be a quiet area. You can easily tell they are pretty newly built, and the neighborhood is very well taken care of. The closest schools are Leesylvania Elementary school, Rippon middle school, and Freedom high school. I-95 is not very far at all from the community, making living here convenient for any commuters.
