Hearts sank across the state for students who were looking forward to making milestone memories when Gov. Ralph Northam announced that Virginia schools will remain closed through the rest of the academic year. However, one high school senior in Oakton is making the best of things. Every morning, Noah Walker and Mattie Shannon’s voices would echo through the halls of Oakton High School for morning announcements. Things To Know About Gate Post Estates

Gate Post Estates is a single-family home subdivision located near the western border of Fairfax County off Route 29 and conveniently situated near the Interstate 66 and Route 28 corridors. The neighborhood has interesting hills and vistas and has spacious lots. The Hayfield Farm neighborhood is located in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County. Hayfield Farms subdivision consists of 689 single-family detached homes built in the 1960s and 1970s most of the models are Colonial or Split-level floorplans with 3-4 bedrooms being the most typical.
