Penelope "Penny" Walke, a 14-year-old Freshman at Langley High, received the Girl Scouts of the USA Lifesaving Medal of Honor for her role in saving her father's life in June 2021. A teenager in Northern Virginia has supplied first responders in Fairfax County with anxiety and autism comfort kits. Allred lives in the Alexandria portion of Fairfax County. He is a Boy Scout member of Sea Scout Ship 818 in the Colonial District of the National Capital Area Council, BSA.
