Chicken Ghost Kitchen Launched By Foster’s Grille In Vienna

Foster’s Grille has launched a delivery-only ghost kitchen chicken restaurant at its Vienna, Virginia, location. The restaurant is part of the 21-year-old homegrown chain known for its juicy, half-pound charburgers. Chicken Frenzy opened Monday and its menu includes a variety of chicken sandwiches, chicken salads, wraps, wings, and chicken fingers priced between about $8 and $10. Tutoring Company Launched By Local College Student

In the wake of the coronavirus and its impact on students' learning in Fairfax County Public Schools, a 2019 alumnus of South Lakes High School in Reston and second-year engineering student at Georgia Institute of Engineering recently founded S4S Tutoring. Sessions are due to launch Mon. Jan.11, 2021. Proposal Up For Approval Of Kingstowne Drive-Thru Chick-Fil-A

A drive-thru Chick-fil-A proposal at Kingstowne Towne Center will be up for Fairfax County Board of Supervisors consideration later in January. The location of the 5,200-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru is 5810 Kingstowne Center, Suite 160, on the north side of Kingstowne Boulevard and the west side of South Van Dorn Street. This would increase the number of permitted restaurants with drive-thrus at Kingstowne Towne Center from two to three. Continue reading

$2B Sale Signed By McLean’s GTT Communications

GTT Communications has signed an agreement to sell its infrastructure business to I Squared Capital, for $2.15 billion. GTT Communications is a McLean, Virginia-based telecommunications, internet, and cloud services provider while I Squared Capital is a Miami-based infrastructure investment company. GTT Communications stock spiked as much as 20% in New York Stock Exchange trading on the announcement Friday.Continue reading
